Do I own the domain?
Yes. We register a normal domain like yourbusiness.com in your business's name, and renewals are included while you're with us. If you ever leave, it goes with you.
Is there a contract? Any extra costs?
No contract. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime. No hidden costs either. Hosting, security and domain renewals are included on both plans. On the Website + Leads plan, your business number, calls and texts are included too.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Cancel within 14 days and we refund everything, setup fee included. The only thing we keep is the cost of your domain's first year (under $20), and the domain stays yours.
How fast can I be live?
Your website is usually live within a few days. The slowest part is normally waiting for your photos. On the Website + Leads plan, calls and app alerts work from day one. Texting starts once the US phone carriers approve your business, usually within 1–3 weeks. Until then, everything still reaches you by email and in the app.
Can you change things later?
Yes, just text or email us. On the Website + Leads plan, changes are unlimited, including new pages and new services. On the Website plan, small changes (text, photos, hours, prices) are included and new pages are $39 each. Only a full redesign or big features like online booking get a quote first.
What about privacy policies and legal stuff?
Handled. Every site goes live with a privacy policy, terms and the consent wording your contact form needs, written for US or UK rules and filled in with your business details. On the Website + Leads plan, we also set up the text opt-in and STOP replies the phone carriers require. If you hold a licence or belong to a trade body, send us the number and we'll show it.
Do you work in the UK?
Yes. The same two plans, priced in pounds, with a UK privacy notice and the business details UK law asks for.
